Today is Pancake Day.When i was having my last lecture,received a text from Amy,asking me wanna go over her place to eat pancake,coz she is making it!!Eat wor,of coz i will go la!hahahahahaahahahahahaha......after a while,received text from her again,said that it was snowing!!! wow,snowing!excited....then layming also text me n told me the same thing! when i walked outside,seems like no snow,but after a while, really is snowing~ but...just for 15 mins?? stupid 1~cannot come for heavy snow meh??? when only i can make my snow-man wor if everytime the snow is just so little!?~~ okie,dun care bout that~

PANCAKE DAY---what a special day~ Shilpa and Amy was cooking the pancake when i went there,and i ORDERED a pancake with chocolate & strawberry~it's just so delicous!!! and i also have pancake with peanut butter,cinnamon and honey! really " HO LIAO"!!! next time can make on my own dy,but need to take recipe from pighead 1st. :P

recalling childhood's memories..

Living in the 70s and 80s

"You grew up watching He-man, Transformers, Thundercats, Silver Hawk, Space Cop Gaban, Ultraman, and Mighty Mouse. Not to forget, Ninja Turtles, Mask and Smurfs too. You grew up brushing your teeth with a mug in primary school after recess time. You squatted by a drain with all your classmates beside you, and brushed your teeth with a colourful mug. Remember the days when the school nurse comes with a list for the dentist appointments, the sound of the drilling when your friend has a fill in his tooth.

You remember the packets of milk (Projeck Susu Segar) and milo we get in primary school to encourage us to drink more milk. And when we had to line up just to get one cup, and some of us would line up again for another cup of cold milo. And remember we use to buy susu sekolah and get stomach-ache the next day. During primary (some KBSR & 3M) school days, the teacher will punish you using a long ruler to hit your palm. A bowl of noodle soup cost only 40c in primary school days. When you were in primary school, girls like to go to the bookshop to buy cute stuff such as animal erasers, sharpeners, notebook etc. Play with these paper doll... with all the paper clothes.. etc etc

In secondary (some KBSM) school, girls go to the library to borrow their favorite romance storybook. In secondary school, girls altered their school skirt to shorten it and guys will go to the school appointed school uniform tailor shop to tailor make their school trousers to the then fashionable "baggy pants" , or the GQ one with all the 'batik' or buckle at the edge of the pocket! the straight cut jeans.. or codroy.... In secondary school days, you buy the Bata BM Turbo school shoes. Some guys like to wear those china made ankle high shoes. Some even like to wear those very thick socks with their school shoes. remember the Pallas, Fong keong, Carefree or Warrior shoes...

Internet? E-mail? What the hell is that? So you thought a decade or more ago. Your friends don't have pagers or hand phones in school. CDs? What's that? Cassette tapes were the norm...singers like New Kids on the Block, Modern Talking, Cyndy Lauper, Sheena Easton, Billy Joe
Movie tickets used to cost less than $5 last time. there is no KLCC.. Pertama or Bukit Bintang the only place we have...

The goodies from Mamak shop used to be Mamee, Ka ka, Kum Kum, Ding Dang choco balls (with toys in the box) + the mat sentul voices as a jingle, colorful hard "egg", "cigarette" chocolate, pink bottle of bubbles, and small tubes with yellow sticks to blow "more lasting" bubbles that you can pop more air in or slam it on. You never forget 'Ti Kam'. When exams are over, the board games (eg: UNO, Monopoly, CLUEDO) & hand held video games will be all over the class room. Girls will start playing 'batu seremban'. guys with 'tudung botol oren' Your favorite sound is the bell! For it's the homemade ice cream man. The cream that tops Hagen Dazs! The pink color ice-cream with eyes plus a wide smile. Another bell is the recess bell, a time to get away from school work and to eat. Another time when there is no bell but all guys will anxiously wait for it...The PJ, PE time (time for football!!)

Your favorite childhood games were playing "guli"(marbles), five stones, zero-point, catching, and/or "Pepsi-Cola one two three"! The best thirst quencher of all times is the yummy colorful ice tubes you can buy from provision shops. To eat them, break the tab and suck while holding the freezing tube! All gals had Barbie dolls, My Little Pony, pound puppy, Polly Pocket and etc, while all boys had star wars figurines or a rubber band catapult that shoots folded paper or eraser bits. Once was the era whereby ice-cream sticks were valuable items, than came the paper aircrafts, chalk fights.

Everyone envied the class monitor and his assistant, cos they were the ones who came up with the daily duty roster, giving names to teacher on who makes the most noise and who's running around the class. The elite group are the prefects, the one with license to move around, they consider themselves above the law when not many students actually listened to them, and that's when the Displinary Teacher comes in.
Some boys made their own guns from wood,and used 'Bacali' as the bullets. Some even used matches to shoot and burn kids'lanterns during Lantern Festival.. and you also rather to 'ponteng sekolah' juz to watch final episod of Moero Attack .. miss that much...summersault berkembar... hehehe.. still remember this one? In 1990, it was the miniseries "V", Knight Rider, A-Team, Airwolf, BattleStar Galactica...

for the girls...during primary school... we had sticker books..exchange stickers... who had the coolest pencil case..with all those push-buttons... the coolest menchanical pencil.. played the "chopper" game with tennis balls.. come to school in my Chopper bicycle with a flag at the bag.. the first computer class..."syntax error...syntax error"....

Aah...the simplicity of growing up back then..."

Wowww..after i read this article,it really makes me think back all those memories during my childhood~It's just so so true and i think i experienced most of the situations mentioned in the article :P Missed those time so much,how good if i could turn back to be a lilttle girl like this.Nothing for me to worry about,just play play play and play!!!

hmmm...rainy days~can't go for jogging today.haihhhhh....what's wrong with the weather here?? why it's getting colder n colder?? especially the super duper strong wind!! it's freezing!!! when only can i go out with just a t-shirt without wearing so many layers,like "bao bak zhang" only! Annoying!!~~!~~! Spring spring spring, when r u coming ler? Faster come,winter,you can go away dy.I'm getting bored of having you!!! ................Cold cold cold.

1st salary- £13.50 ~Part-time job in Phoenix Garden II, Chinese Restaurant

Eh, today i got my 1st salary in my life ler,although it's just £13.50.hehehe..but i feel so so happy+excited,coz i EARNED IT ON MY OWN!!!! hahahahaha...Before came here,i worked with my aunty,but that's not consider as work lar,coz seems like i'm the BOSS more than her.hahahaha...so today is really work 1! blekkkkk...went to a Chinese Restaurant to work as receiptionist,just to take order for those take-away 1 and be cashier,that's all. But, it is my 1st time to work,so still 笨手笨脚 1 lah :P but the job is still not bad lar,hehehe... so,i will work for 2 days per week,tuesday & wednesday~ This restaurant is owned by a malaysian, and there are many malaysians working there. This restaurant's business is really good,so so many customers----take-away,delivery or in restaurant. Wow, they are bluffing those stupid ang mo's money! hahahaha...the foods there are quite expensive 1, but still got so so so many customers!!!
Shall try the foods 1 day.hehehe... ~End of my story for today~

It's end of CNY~!~ But doesn't seems like anything to me,coz i don't have CNY from this year onwards mar =.= But, i woke up at 8am today,though it's saturday!!!!Know why? Coz' i went for jogging with my pighead!hahahaha...JOGGING!! yeah~ thought jogging can help us to slim down, but...........continue reading it then u'll know how can we slim down!!! @_@ 1st time jogging during winter and in the light rain!not bad le!!! :P actually just jog for 30 mins, after that we chit-chatting,went to tesco, i think something wrong with both of us,8-ing early in the morning!hahahaha...after that,pighead said wanna celebrate chap goh meh, so went to city centre to eat. We went to Nandos's to have our dinner. And each of us eat half chicken!geng leh? hhahaahaha...YES,WE WANNA ON DIET!! "hmmm...next friday we eat penang laksa nah,then the following week,go for that what what what breakfast,lunch...., pizza hut buffet, that restaurant have something nice,we should go n try!....... .." yup,this is our topic for our SLIMMING DOWN PLAN! wahahahaha...really charm liao lar,every weekend eat so much!!!! pighead,how can we slim down successfully if we continue like this???? but,we juz can;t stop eating! and we are really kuat makan!!! we eat more than guys leh! huh?~?~!~NO EYES TO SEE ANYMORE~i'm going to be a very very big fat pig~!~ haihhhhhhhh...when only can i stop eating so much??when when when????? i think i have put on more than 10kgs weight. Dare not to go n weigh also, if not i'm surely will pensang striaght away! And all my money are just spent on foodssssssss,nothing else! OMG!!!! What happened??

Mummyyyyyyyyyy!!!HELP ME!!!why my assignments seems like can't be finished 1? after submitted 1, then need to do another 1. Then, this week going to have 2 assignments again for this new semester 1. Oh my god!!! I think by just doing all these assignments is enough for me to die already. Why没完没了的??? Cardiff University is really NOT FOR HUMAN~ So stupid,why choose to come here and let myself to suffer?? Staying in m'sia is like in heaven,but chose to come to the GREATEST HELL! huh??>~>!~? What happened? Going to be mad very very soon............. :~(
